When can I expect my orders to arrive?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days after they are placed.
Once your order is shipped, you should receive a shipment notification via email or SMS with a tracking number to let you know it’s on the way. If you haven’t received any notification after 3 days kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll check the status of your order.

3. Do you ship anywhere in the Philippines?
Yes, we ship to majority of the cities in the Philippines.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we’re working to make this happen soon!

We ship for free nationwide (anywhere in the Philippines)
6. How do I request for a return or exchange?
Kindly scan the QR code at the back of the Hello red card and answer the size exchange form. The team will get in touch within 24 hours.
7. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

8. What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold meet the highest quality standards. But if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll urgently review the matter for you.

9. Can I cancel my order?
We don’t allow cancellations for orders done via Paypal or bank transfer. But we can accommodate your request if you’ve chosen our cash on delivery option.
10. Can I add another item to my order after I’ve submitted my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot add another item once order has been made. You will need to place a new order if you want to purchase other items.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via PayPal Express Checkout, Cash on Delivery, GCash and Bank transfer.
