If you find that you’re not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased from us, we're here to help.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size exchange request.
- All size exchange requests are to be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. (for instance, if you receive your products on October 1, you'll have to inform us via email/ DM that you want to exchange the size latest October 7. Should we receive a request after 7 days, we have the right to reject the return. After the approval of the request you have 10 days to ship the item back to our Headquarters.
- We don’t accept exchanges for items bought on Clearance SALE.
- Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all La Soledad packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- La Soledad will not accept any returns with regard to color/design issues.
- La Soledad has the final say in making the final decision on accepting/rejecting the exchange of goods.
- Customers are liable to bear all the additional shipping fee & any other charges incurred.
For exchanges, refunds are only allowed if the size was out of stock upon exchange request.
If your return is approved, please gives us 1 to 2 business days to process your request. We will be refunding the amount to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
A refund will be issued (item price excluding shipping cost) depending on the payment option selected.
- CASH ON DELIVERY - Credited to bank/gcash account
- GCASH - Refunded back to Gcash account
- PAYPAL/CARD PAYMENTS – Refunded to Paypal account (minus the paypal fee)
For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days (or longer, depending on your card issuer’s policies) for your refunded amount to show up on your credit card statement.
Once received, our team will inspect your item and notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
Unfortunately, if the item is damaged in any way, or if your 17-day period has lapsed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
