Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days after they are placed. Once your order is shipped, you should receive a shipment notification via email or SMS with a tracking number to let you know it’s on the way. If you haven’t received any notification after 3 days kindly email us at lasoledadstudios@gmail.com and we’ll check the status of your order.
The estimated shipping time for all domestic (PH) orders are:

Metro Manila - 1-2 days
GMA - 1-2 days
Luzon - 2-3 days
Visayas & Mindanao - 3-7days

We don’t allow cancellations for orders done via Paypal or bank transfer. But we can accommodate your request if you’ve chosen our cash on delivery option.
Unfortunately, you cannot add another item once order has been made. You will need to place a new order if you want to purchase other items.
We accept credit card payments via PayPal Express Checkout, Cash on Delivery, GCash and Bank transfer.
